Plan B is an organisation created by Alberto Santana that groups young, anxious, creative professionals and with vision of future in the fields of the consultancy and audit in systems of management based on ISO procedure, project accomplishment of R&D, internationalization and formation. Our presence in social networks has a clear objective:

We have worked with over 200 SMEs from the Canary Islands since 2006 and we sincerely believe that we have provided our added value and especially a global strategic vision and innovative.

Our Mission:
We believe in the need to inculcate through the “open innovation”, a new frame that allows to flow knowledge between all the organisations that collaborate with us in order to generate value. We want to do one’s bit in this “symbiosis”, creating interesting contents that they contribute to the management of the knowledge, and could generate synergies between the members of the social network.
Having the best technical and human resources, and a prime location, Plan B is configured as a company in constant innovation and the knowledge to offer high value-added services.
Plan B facilities are located in C / Doctor Antonio Gonzalez, 27., San Cristobal de La Laguna, with 9 jobs properly structured, a physical server space, a meeting room, a training room, a hobby room, a library and a office. The office is located 15 meters from the Central Building of the University of La Laguna, the Office of Transfer of Results of Investigation of the University of La Laguna (OTRI) and principal university centers of R&D.
We have laptops for each of the workers, acquired in the year 2010, a physical server and a virtual server, which allows us to work with the best conditions of internal communication. We use Microsoft Sharepoint as management tool of our corporate intranet, and Google Apps for the management of domains and e-mail. Besides we have tools of advanced software for the management of project of R&D, as well as for the management of internal tasks. All the persons who form the equipment of Plan B have university degree, this set of technology and knowledge provides us with excellent qualities to help you achieve the success of your company.
Our organization possesses a specific zone of library, where they find books and articles about the innovative process and business management. Also, we have an extensive digital bibliography, because we are teachers of the program of Managers of the Innovation of the Canary Agency of R&D (ACIISI).
